Tip #7: Stop looking nervous.
No, the world isn't out to get you. So stop looking like you think it is.
This is a tough one. If you're paranoid enough to think anyone is paying any attention to you, you've
really got to retrain yourself.
Start by
COVETING. Your assignment: Every time you're out in public, look around and TRY to find things you want. It can be a nice suit, a nice watch, a pretty lady, a nice dog (if you must): well, whatever you're into. Concentrate on these things (except for the pretty lady, you don't want to creep her out. Just retain her image in your mind and keep on lookin').
This will stimulate your mind and soon you'll begin to forget thinking about what
you look like to other people.

Tip #6: What to do with your arms?
This one's easy.
If you're standing, cross them and lean back on the nearest wall.
Or, if you're feeling like a cowboy today, stick your thumbs through your belt loops, or just hook them around your waistband like this little dude:

Tip #5: How to look at people
Your eyes are finally seeing the world, now it's time for them to do it without freaking people out.
If you see a
gorgeous babe, don't stare. Only other gorgeous babes can get away with that. You see, beautiful people get stared at all the time, but that doesn't mean we're not tired of it. We don't want others looking at us like we're pieces of meat, unless we already think they're shaggable. Err on the side of caution, and
DON'T STARE.You can have any look on your face you like, but make sure you aim your gaze nonchalantly and not at any particular person.
(HINT: The most alluring look anyone can have on their face is that of quiet amusement. It's a slight upturn of the corner of your mouth; tell yourself a joke that always makes you laugh, and you'll get it naturally. Don't OVERUSE this or you'll look like you're half-retarded!)
Check out this girl. Imagine her eyes aren't looking straight at you but at something else. Doesn't that automatically make you wonder what she's thinking??
REMEMBER: the most important thing is to not fixate on your "conquest." You've already given yourself away if you do that, and have probably begun to annoy her as well. If you must look, make it a brief glance, preferably on your way to looking at something else.

Tip #4: Take up space
Alright, now you're walking like a human being. (You should continue to practice your new walk until it comes fluidly and naturally.)
Now, you've got to concentrate on taking up space.
Taking up space is completely figurative. It doesn't matter at all how big or small you are.
When you sit down, anywhere:
Spread your legs. Don't be afraid of your knee touching someone else's. (Take care not to encroach on anyone else's space, however- that is, pushing against someone's body as opposed to merely touching it.)
If you can, possibly, lean backwards and spread your arms on the tops of the seats next to you.
If you are sitting on a single chair and there is nowhere to lean, keep your legs spread and lean forward on them. Remember to keep your chin up, and don't be afraid to look around.
At first this will feel strange. But if you keep at it, you will begin to feel like an observer rather than someone who is observed.

Tip #3: If you waddle, you may as well just put these on your feet.
Not exactly stylish.
FOR ONE WEEK:
Straighten your feet. Write a reminder on your hand, and practice walking with your new straightened step everywhere. If at the end of the week you are not naturally walking straight, continue to practice, but move on to the next tip. If you need motivation, think of Danny Devito in
Batman Returns.
Know that everyone imagines him when you waddle.

Tip #2: Pick that chin up. Don't slouch.
For one week, all you have to do is keep your:
CHIN UP.
SHOULDERS BACK.
Write whatever you need to on your hand to make yourself remember. If you catch yourself staring at the ground, snap right back up again. If you have trouble figuring out whether or not to look at the next person that passes by, just don't look at them. Walking confidently is the first step to feeling like the king of the world.
